When you donate long-term appreciated stock to a qualified charitable organization like AMOS, you can bypass capital gains tax, and claim a charitable deduction for the fair market value of the gift on the date of your donation. GIVE USING YOUR IRA
If you are 70.5 years or older, you can take advantage of the IRA Charitable Rollover (which also counts towards your minimum required distribution) and transfer funds tax-free directly from your IRA to a charitable organization like AMOS. Contact your IRA account manager to make a charitable donation to AMOS.
